After Clare's children had been in school a few years, they insisted on wearing green on St. Patrick's day. Turns out, when they didn't wear green on that day, they were pinched. Not wanting this holiday to have such a negative association, Clare decided it was time to use another St. Patrick's Day tradition at home and made a St. Patrick's Day Banner.
Clare started by creating a Celtic inspired banner using Cricut Pretty Pennants and Paper Lace cartridges. She welded the two images in Cricut Craft Room software and cut them in green card stock.
She covered some chipboard letters with Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive and used Green Gala Glitz for the letter "K" and "S". For the letters "i" and "M" Clare used Green Vibe Dazzlers. She also used Sherwood Dazzlers for the "s" in the rectangle. For the harp below, Clare used a Silhouette file.
