My Heart Belongs in Tennessee Photo Art

Hello everyone today I am  excited about debuting my first Art Glitter project:

I had a lot of fun creating this project. I have noticed that creating your state has been pretty popular over the past couple of months and crafters are incorporating it into their home décor or scrap pages
so I decided to make  this to hang up in our home. The heart represents where we live in Tennessee.

Supplies: First you will need to GOOGLE an image of your state and shrink it to fit a  Picture Frame of your choice. I choose to use a 11x14 with a 8x10 photo mat, scissors, cardstock , pen, art glitter stamp pad, a small heart of some sort , Designer Dries Clear Adhesive, Ultrafine Opaque Glitter # 291 Fire Engine, Ultrafine Opaque Glitter # 83 Silver,  and Ultrafine Opaque Hologram Glitter #131 Black Hole

Step 1: Trace and cut the state image out of a piece of cardstock and  ink it with your
art glitter stamp pad

Step 2: Now that you have your state cut out it is time to have some fun. Use you your
Designer Dries Clear Adhesive and spread out onto your state. I did mine in thirds. Using the Ultrafine Opaque # 83 Silver cover your entire state.

Step 4: Outline your state with Ultrafine Opaque Hologram Glitter #131 Black Hole

Step 5: Now take your photo mat and add Designer Dries Clear Adhesive and coat it with

Step 6: Trace out your map with a black pen to make it pop. I added
alphas to spell out my state of Tennessee. Using a red glitter heart in the middle.

Now that you have everything complete place it in the frame under your photo mat
and there you have a beautiful piece of artwork to display in your home
of that special place where you live.
